烹調貼士:
1.番薯粉先用水開稀成粉漿至加入水瓜內,避免起粒粒。
2.水瓜中間肉質比較軟,刨時會無咁方便,用刀以削嘅方法削成薄片,簡單又快捷,但削時要小心。
3.潮州菜甫與廣東菜甫分別在於前者係一嚿嚿兼且偏鹹味,而後者則係一條條出售,食味帶甜。
4.潮州菜甫有鹹味,故水瓜毋須加太多鹽。

Method:
1.Peelandslicesquashes,adddashofsalt.Washpickledturnip,diceandsoakinwaterforawhile.Chopspringonionandcoriander.Addsomewaterinsweetpotatopowderandmixwell.
2.Mixsquashsliceswithpickledturnip,springonion,corianderandsweetpotatopowdermixture.Cutcherrytomatoesintohalves.
3.Heatsomeoil,putinthemixtureandshallowfryovermediumheattilldone,takeout,sprinkleinchoppedpeanut,serve.
