材料:
雞扒 1塊
紅洋葱 半個
粟米粒 1盒
叉燒醬 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
玫瑰露 1茶匙
冰糖 20克
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
步驟:

雞扒切粒,將鹽、胡椒粉加入雞扒,醃10分鐘。
2.
紅洋葱切粒、粟米粒隔走水分,粟米水留起備用。
3.
燒熱油,煎香雞扒至半熟,取出備用。
4.
炒香紅洋葱。
5.
將叉燒醬、老抽、生抽、玫瑰露、粟米水加入,蓋上蓋煮1分鐘。
6.
大火加入雞扒炒香,加入冰糖及粟米粒。

Ingredients:

Char siu sauce 1 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Mei Kuei Lu wine 1 teaspoon
Rock sugar 20g

Steps:
